For our Annual President's Project this year, the focus of Hunger has been chosen by our governor. With this focus, we will be partnering with Feeding Florida. This organization works with 2300 food pantries and banks around Florida to help alleviate hunger within our state.

Some fantastic Leos stepped up and helped with these amazing food banks all around Florida. Earlier in the year, The Sunlake Leo Club helped start up a sister organization called the Giving Garden. This garden was a community garden initiative designed to promote both the educational aspect of gardening and grow donations for a local food pantry. They tell us that with the food they've grown so far, they've been able to provide 80 meals to those who are in need.

Another Club who did a great job during this campaign was the Cypress Creek Leos Club. They were able to collect 353 canned goods for a local food pantry! All of the Leo clubs that participated in this event did amazing and we cannot wait to see what you're capable of in next month's campaign; The Gift of Giving.
